How This Began

The journey to founding Courage to Speak LLC is deeply personal. As a survivor of sexual assault and domestic violence, as well as someone who has navigated the challenges of eating disorder recovery, I understand firsthand the power of reclaiming your voice and finding healing in the midst of pain.

I created Courage to Speak LLC to share the lessons I’ve learned along the way, to provide a space for others to do the same, and to ensure that survivors have the support they need. My mission is simple: to empower those who have been silenced, overlooked, or misunderstood by helping them find their voice and embrace their journey toward healing.

Through public speaking, advocacy, and one-on-one coaching, I aim to inspire change, foster resilience, and create a world where every survivor's story is heard and honored.

Mission Statement

At Courage to Speak LLC, I aim to empower individuals on their mental health journey by providing a platform for their voices, fostering healing, and advocating for change. With a focus on sexual assault, domestic violence, and eating disorder recovery, I offer survivor-led advocacy, education, and compassionate coaching to help individuals reclaim their strength and find their voice. I am committed to breaking the silence around mental health struggles and trauma, offering support for those navigating recovery. Every person’s voice matters, and every story has the power to inspire transformation.

Your voice is your strength, your story is your power, and your healing is your courage. You are not alone.
